This layout is perfect for larger families or couples that want some extra privacy! Taylor Street Retreat is a newly renovated historical home with classic urban charm. It is conveniently located near Footprint Center, Chase Field, The Arizona Center, Phoenix Convention Center, Roosevelt Row and is less than 10 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Both homes have with full kitchen, living/dining spaces as well as an outdoor patio areas.
From the front porch, you'll enjoy stunning city downtown views and planes landing at the nearby Sky Harbor Airport, creating a picturesque view for your stay. Stepping outside onto the deck, you can unwind and soak up the atmosphere. There is also a shaded Gazebo, games and bbq grill area perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
Guest accessThere are 2 homes on one lot. Guests will have access to both homes during their stay. Guests will NOT have access to the locked basement downstairs and a locked interior cleaners closet.
