The space
The Valley View is less than a 5 minute walk to The Lookout Mountain Trail and The Phoenix Mountains Preserve. Upon entry you'll feel like you've stepped into paradise in front of our 75'' smart tv which sits next to the stone-tiled wood burning fireplace. With a spacious design, you can take full advantage of the indoor outdoor living Phoenix has to offer. Heading to the kitchen you'll find a state of the art appliance cabinet full of complimentary coffee, tea, oatmeal and our infamous sauce "packet drawer". When its time to "wine" down the night, enjoy the dry bar which includes a wine fridge to keep your Chardonnay just how you like it. As you exit into the backyard through the sliding glass door, the pool and outdoor scenery will enrich your outdoor experience. Going up the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck you will see panoramic mountain and city views that will take your breath away!

Guests will have full access of the entire property excluding all garage cabinets and some locked interior closets (don't worry there will be plenty of room for all of your items!)

Guests will be given a personal code for keyless entry. There will be a QR code upon arrival which provides them all of the local activities! This includes good eats, hiking, golfing and night life. Also contact us through the app and we would be happy to provide you with any info!
